Frequently Asked Questions
Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.
What grades do you serve?
We provide personalized learning solutions for K–12 students, with programs designed to grow with your child from early academics through high school and beyond.
Is KH Prep a private school or a homeschool program?
KH Prep is a private Christian school offering individualized, faith-centered learning. Many families choose us for homeschooling support, but we also provide the structure and accountability of a school community.
Can I use Step Up for Students (PEP/FTC/FES-UA) with KH Prep?
KH Prep is not an approved provider at this time. Some families use Step Up (especially PEP) to cover eligible educational expenses like curriculum, tutoring, or testing through Step Up’s processes. We provide itemized invoices and documentation, but final eligibility and reimbursement decisions are made by Step Up, not KH Prep. Please verify your specific scholarship rules before purchasing.
What makes KH Prep different from other schools?
We combine academics, faith, parent support, and future readiness. Our goal is not just education but transformation. We’re helping students grow academically, spiritually, and emotionally while equipping families with the tools they need.
How does KH Prep support students with different learning styles or special needs?
We offer personalized learning paths, flexible pacing, and additional support resources. Every child learns differently, and we are committed to meeting students where they are to help them succeed.
Is the program completely online, or do you offer in-person options?
KH Prep is primarily a virtual school, giving families the flexibility to learn from home. However, we also provide opportunities for community events, workshops, and local connections when possible.
How do parents stay involved in their child’s education?
Parents are an essential part of KH Prep. We provide regular updates, easy communication with teachers, and parent resources, ensuring families feel supported every step of the way.
